Top Blown Rotary Converter (TBRC)
Produced in the following sizes, expressed in useful liters: 500/1,000/2,000/3,500/5,000/10,000, including the off-gas treatment line. The furnace is equipped with the following components:
- Combustion gas management ramp with the possibility to use LPG/methane/hydrogen/oxygen
- Burners with innovative lowNOx technology
- Cooled burners with the possibility to be made with anti-chemical corrosion materials
- Refining/conversion lances for submerged or non-submerged oxygen/air/methane
- Post-combustor with addition of oxygen or other gases
- Energy recovery boiler with steam production, which can be converted into electricity
- Reactor for treatment/neutralization of process fumes with the possibility to add lime/bicarbonate/activated carbon or other reagents to completely reduce the concentration of certain substances
- Fire sparks stopper and settling chamber ensuring the complete extinction of possible incandescent particulates that could damage the filtering systems and simultaneously ensuring the complete neutralization reaction determined by the injected reagent
- Special bag filter equipped with a settling chamber where any problematic particulate settles at the bottom, preventing direct contact with the filter fabrics. The filtering surfaces, the distances between the bags, the materials, and the coatings are specifically designed for the proposed processes
- Chimneys, even large ones, equipped, where required, with process fume analyzers (EMS)
