Shredder

Special shredding system that adjusts the size of the material to allow automatic sampling through a dedicated device, without creating and dispersing dust rich in precious metals and critical raw materials. The volumetric adjustment of the material is also necessary to be fed into the loaders and feeders of our smelting plants.

Hammer Mill

Pulverization system for siliceous and ceramic materials. This process is necessary to make the material suitable for sampling and to allow extreme recovery performance through the melting process.

Statistical Sampler

The shredded and/or pulverized materials are conveyed into the sampling system, which takes and forms a representative sample of the material in order to conduct an analysis perfectly traceable to the original material, thereby establishing characterization, hazard, and value.
